At Thakur Ji Closet (TJC), we ensure that every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product or an incorrect size, we are here to assist you.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

1. Opening Video is Mandatory

  • An unedited opening video of the package, recorded from start to finish, is compulsory for any return, refund, or exchange request.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed package before opening with the label and AWB number
    • The product received
    • Any visible damage or incorrect size

2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange will be accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery, or
  • An incorrect size has been sent by us

3. Non-Eligibility

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dislike of the product
  • Minor colour variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution
  • Damage caused due to improper handling, improper storage, or misuse of the product

Process for Return or Exchange

  1. Share the opening video on our WhatsApp number (88106 46535) and contact us for assistance.
  2. The video and return/exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. After verification, our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.
  4. Final processing will be initiated only after the parcel is received and inspected by our team.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and verified by our team.
  • All refunds are subject to our internal verification and approval process.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
